Return Policy

At WiseCarePoint, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read carefully, as certain items, including prescription medications, are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products in the following cases:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.
  • Non-prescription items, unopened and in original packaging, may be eligible for return.

Please note:

  • Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened, tampered with, or if the packaging is damaged due to health and safety laws.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@wisecarepoint.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: We may request photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • WiseCarePoint will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for pickup.

For returns of eligible, unopened, non-prescription items:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees (if applicable), within 7-15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription medications
  • Opened or used non-prescription items
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Health and wellness items, if tampered with

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process to request a replacement or refund.
